European Social Business Forum 2016

The European Social Business Forum 2016 will take place on April 12 in Utrecht, Netherlands. Social business experts, entrepreneurs, academics, policy makers and investors are invited to join for an inspiring day all around the European social business ecosystem and its future. A diverse program offers plenty of opportunity to share experiences, exchange ideas and further develop the social business movement in Europe.

The agenda is packed with exciting sessions addressing questions that social business entrepreneurs are facing every day: Which financing instruments can effectively support social business? How can we scale social business ideas to increase impact? Which obstacles and dilemmas do social business entrepreneurs face? Other interactive sessions will provide the opportunity to work on ideas in the area of education, global value chain or the refugee crisis.
On behalf of the Social Enterprise 360 consortium the Dutch partner Jong Ondernemen will co-host a session on increasing the impact of social business education. 
Moreover, Emmanuel Faber (CEO Danone Group) and Franck Riboud (Chairman Danone Group) will join Professor Muhammad Yunus in a highly anticipated panel discussion on „Social Business - the Present and Future“.

The regional forum is organized by Nobel Peace Prize Laureate Prof. Muhammad Yunus and Hans Reitz’ The Grameen Creative Lab in partnership with Utrecht University. It is taking place within the framework of the Social Entrepreneurship Festival hosted by Utrecht University.
